Havas Helia awarded Regus CRM business

Regus: appoints Havas Helia to handle CRM work

Regus, the serviced-offices company, has taken on Havas Helia to handle its global CRM account.

Havas Helia has been tasked with creating a global customer engagement strategy and communications plan for Regus to support its ongoing global expansion plan.
The appointment follows a competitive pitch run by Agency Insight.
OgilvyOne picked up Regus’ global customer engagement account in April last year. However, a spokeswoman for OgilvyOne said it was a year-long contract.
Tash Whitmey, the group chief executive at Havas Helia, said the win marked a "great opportunity to partner with a brand who is incredibly ambitious, and which understands the fundamental role data and creativity can play in building mutually valuable customer relationships".
Havas Worldwide introduced the global Helia brand at the beginning of the year to bring together its data and digital business. The agency used to be known as Havas EHS in the UK.
