Droga5 Found Its Newest Client, NRG Energy


Energy company NRG has named Droga5 as its agency of record.
The New York-based agency will be responsible for promoting the brand while building its social presence.
An integrated campaign for the company is slated to launch this summer while another campaign for its home solar branch will roll out this fall.
Sicily Dickenson, chief marketing officer and SVP-marketing and customer experience at NRG, said: “NRG needed a strategic partner that could help ignite a real conversation about energy beyond our industry. Droga5 was the clear choice to help us find disruptive ways to engage with and inspire people to take action around a complex but important topic—the future of our planet.”
The company was introduced to Droga5 by its sports consultancy partner IMG, which also works with the agency.
